Work one on one with a Certified Personal Trainer to establish a program designed entirely around your individual needs.
Work with your trainer directly a minimum of 2 times per week while having workouts designed to be completed on your own throughout the Week as well. All workouts are loaded into the online training program for you to monitor stats and progress.
