Hybrid training class that combines the motivation and community of group fitness with the personalized programming of 1 on 1 personal training. Each member will work through a program designed to address their weaknesses in addition to working through HIIT and Core training with their team. What You Get -3 Semi Private training sessions per week (4 men to a group max) -Custom program designed to your needs -Nutrtion coaching with custom meal plan
